Promoting ideals of Orthodox Judaism
Agudath Israel of America promotes the ideals of Orthodox Judaism.
Its main work includes conducting Torah projects to advance the study of Torah and observance of Torah ideals; operating youth programs and three summer camps providing an Orthodox Jewish atmosphere, education and recreation; vocational guidance and job training; running senior citizen centers in three areas of New York City; and disseminating information and educational materials relating to issues affecting Orthodox Jewry.
